Job Title: Administrative Assisstant
Location of Work: Bloor/ Dundas
Duties: Work independently in administration account section and shipping department.Handling bookkeeping for account receivables and account payables, reservation booking with shipping company and transportation company. Preparation of shipping documents and bank documents. (Training will be provided)
Qualification / Skills: Keen attention to details, ability to multi-task and prioritize Above average oral and written communication skills in English Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and Word
Salary: $22,000 Annual
Hours per week: 21 hours
